Terms & Conditions

Effective for all custom orders and purchases

1. Advance & Payment Terms

To initiate production, clients are required to pay an advance of 50% of the total amount or the full gold/metal value, whichever is higher. The remaining balance is payable upon final delivery. No order will be dispatched until full payment is received.

2. Production Timelines

Each piece is handcrafted, and timelines vary by design. Our standard production timeline is 30 working days, calculated from the date of CAD approval. Urgent orders are subject to feasibility checks and may incur additional fees.

3. Design & CAD Approval

We provide detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) renders before production. Once a design is approved in writing, no further changes can be accommodated, as it directly enters production. Please review all CADs carefully before final approval.

4. Design Consultation & Knowledge Fees

We believe in offering knowledge-led fine jewellery services. A nominal design consultation fee applies for bespoke projects. This amount is fully adjustable against your final order value if you commission the piece with us.

 

5. Gold & Metal Pricing

Gold and other precious metal rates are calculated on the day of advance payment, not on the date of quotation or estimate. This ensures transparency and real-time accuracy in pricing.

 

6. Estimate Validity

All quotations and price estimates are valid for 5 working days from the date of issue. After this period, clients must request a fresh estimate, as rates may fluctuate based on market conditions.

 

7. Taxation

All jewellery is subject to 3% GST (Goods & Services Tax), applicable regardless of the mode of payment (cash, online, cheque, or bank transfer).

8. After-Sales Services

  • Repairs: Complimentary repairs are available for 1 year from the date of delivery. After this period, repairs will be charged at nominal rates.

  • Cleaning: We offer lifetime free cleaning services for all jewellery purchased from us.

 

9. Product Authenticity

All pieces come with:

  • Diamond and gemstone certificates

  • Gold hallmarking as per BIS standards (wherever applicable)

We are committed to full transparency and quality assurance.

 

10. Cancellation & Refunds

As each piece is custom-made, cancellations are not permitted once production has begun. Refunds are not applicable after CAD approval and commencement of work.

 

11. Buyback Policy – Ready-to-Wear Goods

  • Gold: Buyback value will be calculated as per the gold rate on the day of return/payment.

  • Diamonds: Valued as per the invoiced rate.

  • Making Charges: Deducted only if a refund is processed in cash. In case of exchange, no deduction applies to making charges.
